This notice explains what personal data OzoneCo collects on this website, why, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.

This page is maintained by OzoneCo to explain how we handle personal data on ozoneco.sa. It is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice or a certification of compliance.

OzoneCo is an environmental and air-quality solutions provider operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This notice describes our practices in light of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

Information you give us directly: name, email, phone number, company, and message details when you submit a contact, quotation, consultation, or site-visit form; account details if you register; and order details if you purchase from our store.

Information collected automatically — only with your consent: anonymous analytics such as pages visited, device type, referrer, and campaign (UTM) parameters. This tracking runs only after you press “Accept” on the consent banner, and stays off if you press “Reject”.

Essential storage that keeps the site working — language preference, sign-in session, and shopping cart — does not require consent and is not used for tracking.

To respond to your requests and prepare quotations (performance of a contract or pre-contract steps); to operate and secure the platform (legitimate interest); to meet legal and regulatory obligations; and — with consent — to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your data is processed by OzoneCo staff and by service providers acting on our behalf: our cloud hosting and database platform, our email delivery provider, and — where you pay online — the payment provider. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

Analytics data (page views and events) is retained for a limited period — currently up to 90 days for page views and 180 days for events — then deleted automatically. Lead, quotation and order records are kept for as long as the business relationship or legal obligations require. Security and audit logs are retained as evidence of system activity.

You may request access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw analytics consent at any time (you can clear your choice by deleting this site's stored data in your browser, which brings the banner back).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@ozoneco.sa or +966 59 697 4649. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.

Privacy questions and data requests: support@ozoneco.sa. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority for PDPL.
