Every Category A and B facility in Saudi Arabia must submit an Annual Environmental Compliance Report (AECR) to NCEC within 90 days of the end of the calendar year. The AECR consolidates 12 months of monitoring data, exceedance events, corrective actions, EMP execution evidence, waste manifests, and CEMS uptime. Rejected or late reports are themselves violations — and incomplete reports often trigger an immediate on-site audit.
